I am Jan Weiss – the founder of Artprints-Online. In February 2009, the opportunity to start my own company presented itself and I took a leap of faith, used my 15 years of publishing experience and made a dream a reality. With my eyes wide open and the right connections, Artprints-Online was born.

Artprints-Online is an art boutique in a virtual world. Each fine art print is handpicked, so instead of carrying everything – I only carry the best. I cater to those with discriminating taste and uncompromising style by working with the finest art publishers in North America. I also publish a line of eco-friendly art. All prints are produced on 100% cotton, archival recycled paper and use VOC-free water-based inks. The prints will arrive on your doorstep direct from our eco printer and are packaged in a shipping tube produced from 100% recycled materials.

I believe art is a personal expression that it should make us smile, that we should never get tired of looking at it and that we should strive to surround ourselves with beautiful things. I also believe in world peace, fair trade, Peets coffee and California wine.

My husband Craig Andersen is the owner of Clayton Valley Frameworks, the affiliate framer for Artprints-Online. Craig has been in the custom framing industry for 30 years. Craig believes all art should be framed. Craig also believes in Italian food, Italian wine, Danish humor and Peets coffee too.

With a combination of 30 years in the custom frame business and 15 years in publishing we have this whole art business down – from publishing, retail, wholesale, printing, framing, corporate art and even creating the art.
